Single Strength JuicesAloe Vera Inner Leaf ProcessAloe Laboratories manufactures these juices by the traditional process of hand filleting and extracting the valuable inner gel from the aloe vera leaf. Hand filleting is an art. It requires delicate precision. Skilled craftsmen perform this critical step, slicing the aloe leaf with specific accuracy to retain the mucilage, which contains more of the polysaccharides, and to retain ample amounts of the other useful components found in the aloe gel. Their precision ensures the removal of aloin and other unwanted substances. Aloe Vera Inner Leaf juices are the undiluted pure liquid from naturally occurring parenchymal tissue of the decorticated leaves of aloe barbadensis miller, to which no more than 0.5% additives, including preservatives, shall have been added to the aloe product as part of the processing. These juices have been stabilized for both color and microorganisms with a new unique process developed by our laboratories and all products are tested as to quality using Aloe Laboratories' own HPLC testing system.
Cosmetic Grade Inner Leaf Juices have a cosmetic preservative ingredient added that makes them unable to be ingested and, therefore, perfect for cosmetic applications. Aloe Vera Leaf ProcessAloe Laboratories aloe vera leaf juices are manufactured using our own proprietary process which provides a superior aloe vera juice. Our aloe vera leaf juices contain higher levels of polysaccharides than are found in aloe juices manufactured by methods extracting only the inner gel of the aloe leaf. Polysaccharides are believed to be the most desirable constituents in the aloe vera leaf. Utilizing innovative technology, the whole leaf process grinds the entire aloe vera leaf. Then, by a series of filtration steps, removes the outer rind, aloin and other unwanted substances. The remaining liquid contains the desirable constituents, including the mucilage which contains more of the polysaccharides. Decolorized aloe vera leaf juice is the undiluted pure liquid extracted from the leaves of aloe barbadensis miller, to which no more than 0.6% additives, including preservatives, have been added as part of the processing. All decolorized aloe vera leaf juices have been stabilized for both color and microorganisms with a new, unique process developed by our laboratories. ConcentratesTaken from both Aloe Vera Inner Leaf and Leaf processes, the undiluted pure liquid extracted from the aloe barbadensis miller, to which no more than 0.5% - 0.7% additives, including preservatives, shall have been added as part of the processing, has been concentrated to a desired amount of polysaccharides. These concentrates are suitable for use in health and food products and as a natural vegetable beverage. Aloe Vera Inner Leaf ProcessAloe Vera OilAloe Vera Oil is extracted from the outside green leaf portion of the aloe barbadensis plant. Aloe Vera Oil functions as an emollient and leaves the skin with a shiny, non-greasy film and a perceivable soft feel. Additional advantages of the Aloe Vera Oil are its use as an excellent liquid vehicle for preparations containing high levels of pigments, as a blend-agent and as a solubilizer for certain waxes and resins. Aloe Vera Oil's versatility has made it extremely useful in a wide range of cosmetic, toiletry and pharmaceutical applications. Freeze-dried PowderAloe VeraCertified Organic Freeze Dried Aloe Vera Powder, from both the Aloe Vera Leaf and Inner Leaf processes, are the freeze dried constituents resulting from the concentrated, undiluted pure liquid extracted from the leaves of the aloe barbadensis miller, to which no preservatives of any kind have been added. The fields from which the plants are grown and nurtured as well as the manufacturing plant through which the juice is extracted, concentrated and freeze dried are Certified Organic by the Texas Department of Agriculture and Oregon Tilth Certified Organic to USDA's National Organic Program (NOP) standards and complies with European Union (EU). These aloe powders are suitable for use in health and food products as well as in cosmetic applications. NopalFreeze Dried Nopal Powder is derived from the leaves of the Opuntia-ficus indica. The freshly harvested stems are sanitized, ground and filtered. The resultant clear, undiluted and pure juice, to which no preservatives of any kind have been added, is then concentrated and freeze dried without any carrier. The powder is suitable for use in health and food products, as well as in cosmetic applications.
